摘　　要：加强党的执政能力建设已经成为全党全国人民普遍关注的课题,怎样才能更好地提高执政能力?党执政的经验教训表明,提高执政能力仅靠思想教育已不能适应现实需要,关键是健全执政的体制和机制,其中首要的问题是完善我们的根本政治制度。To improve the ability of being in power has become a focus of our Party and the people, how to improve the ability of being in power？ The experiences and the lessohs since our Party came into power indicate that it＇s not enough to perfect the ability of being in power only depending on the ideological education, for it doesn＇t suit the need of the reality. The key is to perfect the governing system and mechanism, and first of all it is to perfect our fundamental political system.
