摘　　要：日照钢铁公司在研制开发日标SD390钢筋过程中,分析了SD390钢筋的质量特性;设计了日照钢铁内控日标钢筋的化学成分;改进了连铸坯的生产工艺;制定了孔型设计方案和轧制生产工艺;并成功地开发出质量达到日标及合同要求的产品。For participating in the international competition actively,Rizhao steel Co. , Ltd. , researched and developed SD390 JIS rebars. By analyzing quality characteristic of JISSD 390 rebars, we designed the inner-controlled chemical composition for JIS de-bars,improved the production technology of continuous cast billets,and made out the roll-pass design scheme and rolling process. By quality analyzing of product in the trial production, the development of this product has achieved success. The quality of SD390 reaches the demand of Japanese Industrial Standard and technical protocol of contracts.
