摘　　要：高校学报名刊是具备高校学报一般性质,同时又具有很高学术地位的、有引领时代学术前沿能力的、有培养名学者和名编辑机制的、有催化学术成果创新胆识的、被学术界公认的著名期刊。而“名刊工程”是以高校社科学报品牌建设为核心,以发展繁荣哲学社会科学为目的的国家重大出版工程;其导向功能在于为高校社科学报的发展方向正位,纠偏学术期刊走向市场的观念误区,引领高校社科学报回归学术自身。Well-known periodicals of the journals of colleges and universities have the general nature of the journals of colleges and universities, while they also have the higher academic position, the ability of leading time forward position, the mechanism of cultivating scholars and famous editors, the ability of catalyzing academic results and innovation, and they are acknowledged well-known periodicals in the sphere of learning. The project of well-known periodicals centers on the brand construction of social sciences journals of colleges and universities, and it is a major publication project of our country for the purpose of developing and prospering philosophical social sciences; its guiding functions lie in correcting the developing direction of social sciences journals, rectifying the deviation of sense of academic periodicals＇ going over to the market, leading the journals of colleges and universities to regress to the learning itself.
