摘 要:目的研究复方丹参滴丸(DSP)对钙化血管骨保护蛋白(OPG)表达的干预作用。方法28只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、维生素D3(V itD3)组和V itD3+DSP组(15粒.kg-1.d-1)。病理学检查V itD3诱导的血管钙化情况,电极法和自动生化仪酶法分别测定血管壁和骨组织钙含量,免疫组化检测钙化组织中OPG表达。结果病理学观察显示,成功建立V it D3诱发的血管钙化模型。与对照组比较,V it D3组血管壁钙含量和OPG表达明显增加,而骨组织钙含量明显减少;与V it D3组比较,V it D3+DSP组血管壁钙含量和OPG表达明显减少,而骨组织钙含量明显增加。结论提示DSP通过减少大鼠动脉钙化组织中OPG的表达,有效抑制血管钙化。Objective To investigate the role of Denshen pills (DSP) on the expression of osteoprogerin(OPG) in calcific vessels with immunohistochemistry. Methods We divided 28 rats randemly into 3 groups control group, VitD3 group, and VitD3 + DSP group. Vascular calcification induced with VitD3 was observed in the pathological sections. The levels of calcium in vessels and bones were detected. Expression of OPG in vascular calcification was analyzed with immunohistochemistry. Results The model of vascular calcification and osteoporosis induced with VitD3 was stablished. In VitD3 group, the levels of calcium in vessels were obviously higher than those of control group, but the levels of calcium in bones were lower than those of control group. DSP could inhibit vascular calcification and transfer calcium to the bones to promote their formation. The expressions of OPG were high in VitD3 group, but were decreased with DSP in VitD3 + DSP group. Conclusion The study proves that DSP can inhibit vascular calcification effectively with decreasing OPG expression in vessels.
