摘　　要：在三代移动通信TD-SCDMA系统信道的分配是载波、时隙、信道码(扩频码)的分配。本文针对用户使用的业务不断变化的TD-SCDMA系统提出一种新的信道码分配算法,对算法的流程进行详细的描述,并且通过仿真证明新算法在呼叫阻塞率方面强与原有信道码分配算法,对于工程的应用有重要的价值。In the system of TD - SCDMA, the channel assignment is the carrier, time slot and spread spectrum code＇s assignment , taking into account the varying service for users , this article brings forward one new spread spectrum code assigranent algorithm, then describes the flow of this algorithm detailedly, and the emulation shows that code blocking rate has been greatly improved compared with the original channel assignment algorithm, of which is availing to project application.
