摘　　要：2033例青岛人群整群抽样研究发现,空腹血糖受损患病率按新诊断切点5.6 mmol/L是28%,而按6.1 mmol/L切点则为11%。相应的糖耐量受损患病率也由29%升到52%。但新切点相应的心血管危险程度则下降。The study of population cluster sampling （n= 2033） in Qingdao city showed that IFG prevalence by new IFG diagnostic cutpoint （5.6 mmol/L） was 28%, but only 11.3% by the cutpoint of 6.1 mmol/L; the corresponding IGT prevalance increased from 29% to 52% ; the corresponding degree of cardiovascular risks was decreased by 5.6 mmol/L of cutpoint.
