摘 要:目的考察川芎与葛根分煎后两药配伍时主要组分的含量变化规律。方法川芎与葛根药材用水分别煎煮,分煎液按不同比例配伍,在100℃下加热1h,然后再用乙酸乙酯萃取。在优化的反向-高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)条件下进行分析,比较色谱指纹图谱,考察主要组分相对峰面积变化和配伍比例的关系。结果川芎水煎液和葛根水煎液配伍后色谱峰具有加和性,未见新峰产生。川芎和葛根的主要组分的相对峰面积没有明显变化。结论葛根对川芎在其复方配伍中不影响其含量测定,它们的最佳配比为5∶5。Objective To investigate the content variation of main principles in mixed decoctions of rhizoma chuanxiong and radix puerariae after their separated decoction. Methods Rhizoma chuanxiong and radix puerariae were decocted with water separately. Different proportions of rhizoma chuanxiong aqueous extract and radix puerariae aqueous extract were combined and heated for 1 h at 100 ℃, and then extracted by ethylacetate. The samples were determined by RP-HPLC and the fingerprints were compared. Finally, the variations of relative peak area of main chemical principles at different proportion were examined. Results After combining the two decoction the chromatographic peaks showed additivity and no new peaks occurred. The relative peak areas of main chemical principles of rhizoma chuanxiong and radix puerariae were not changed obviously. Conclusion Radix puerariae gives no effect on rhizoma chuanxiong's assay in their compound prescription. The optimum compatibility is 5:5.
