摘  要:以糠醛渣为原料,配以一定比例的粘合剂制备出球形活性炭(SAC-F).比较了SAC-F与活性炭纤维(ACF)和粒状活性炭(GAC-C)的流体力学性能,初步探讨了直径为4~5mm SAC-F的制备参数,考察了它的碘吸附值和对模拟烟气中SO2的脱除性能,以及物理和表面化学性质.结果表明,在相同的装填高度下,随着空速的增加,SAC-F上压降增加得最慢,ACF的增加速率是它的6~7倍,GAC-C是它的1~2倍;虽然SAC-F比GAC-C的比表面积和孔容都小,但其平均脱硫率为87%,明显优于GAC-C,与GAC-C相比,SAC-F表面含有较少的C-O.In this paper , spherical activated carbon(SAC- F) from furfural residue were prepared, and phenolic resin was used as adhesive. The hydromechanical properties of SAC-F was compared with activated carbon fiber(ACF) and granular activated carbon(GAC- C). The preparation parameter, adsorptive capacity of I2 and properties of flue gas desulfurization of SAC- F whose diameter was 4-5mm were studied. In addition, the physical and chemical characters of SAC-F were also analyzed. The results show that at the same loading height, when space velocity enhance, the increased velocity of pressure decrease on the SAC - F was slowest among three kind of carbon materials. This velocity of ACF and GAC- C was 6-7 and 3-4 times respectively as much as SAC- F. Although, the specific surface area and pore volume of SCF-F were smaller than GAC-F, its average desulfurization efficiency was 87% and better than GAC- C remarkably. It could be ascribed to that there were smaller C - O on the surface of SAC- F in comparison with GAC - C.
