摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的烂尾楼改造工程受到重视,很多成功的经验表明,烂尾楼的再生利用可以取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。本文以重庆市渝中区朝天门地区信义大厦临街立面改造为例,分析烂尾楼改造的各种相关问题。Recently, more and more attention was given to those unfinishable high-rising buildings in our city. It was proved by many successful examples that the remodeling and reutilizing of those unfinishable high-rising buildings could bring us remarkable economic and social benefits. This article analyzed related problems regarding remodeling of those buildings through the remodeling of Xinyi Building.
