摘　　要：本文指出加快建设七号信令网是推动智能网发展的一个重要因素,目前我国对七号信令的发展主要是软件SCCP、TCAP和INAP的开发和应用。本文还提出了七号信令网建设中的几个问题,如不同制式程控交换机七号信令的兼容互通,为智能网发展预留链路等。According to this paper, the construction of the CCS7 network is an important impetus for the development of intelligent networks, which in China is centered on the development and applications of such softwares as SCCP, TCAP and INAP. Some matters concerning the construction of the CCS7 network are proposed: e.g. compatibility and interworking of heterogenious SPC CCS7 systems, reservation of links for the development of intelligent networks.
