摘  要:目的:研究三七总皂甙对脑出血大鼠前脑兴奋性氨基酸受体AMPA受体亚基GluR2表达的作用。方法:用免疫组织化学法观察胶原酶诱导的脑出血大鼠前脑内GluR2在给药组和对照组的表达变化。结果:脑出血后大鼠前脑病灶内部GluR2表达呈阴性,海马很少表达,但病灶周围和同侧皮质神经元的表达增强。给药组在皮层、病灶周围阳性细胞增多,反应强度增强。结论:三七总皂甙对GluR2阳性表达有增强作用,从而发挥对受损神经元的保护作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng saponins on expression of excitatory amino acid receptor GluR2 subunit of AMPA receptor in the rat forebrain after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: An animal model of ICH was made by injecting collagenase into the right caudate patumen (CPu) of rats. In situ hybridization histochemistry and immunohistochemical techniques were used to study the expression of excitatory amino acids receptor GluR2 subunit of AMPA receptor in ICH rat before and after Panax notoglnseng saponins treatment. Results: There were no GluR2 positive cells in hematoma area and hippocampus after ICH, but the expression around hematoma and in ipsilateral cortex increased. Conclusion: Panax notoginseng saponins can obviously increase the expression of GluR2, protecting the damaged neurons.
