摘 要:目的:观察大鼠脑内胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的分布,探讨禁食对大鼠脑IGF-1表达的影响。方法:大鼠分为对照组、禁食24 h组和禁食72 h组,SABC法免疫组织化学染色显示IGF-1免疫反应细胞。结果:IGF-1免疫反应细胞广泛分布于嗅球、大脑、小脑、下丘脑、中脑、延髓等部位。禁食组大鼠乳头体外侧核、嗅内皮质IGF-1表达水平减弱,海马下托和枕皮质IGF-1表达增强。禁食24 h组和禁食72 h组,脑内IGF-1表达无明显差异。结论:IGF-1在脑内广泛分布,禁食可改变某些脑区IGF-1的表达水平。Objective: To observe the distribution of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in rat brain and investigate the effects of fasting on its expression. Methods: Fifteen adult SD male rats were divided into 3 groups: control group,24 h fasting group, and 72 h fasting group. SABC immunohistochemical staining technique was used. Results: IGF-1 immunoreactive cells were distributed extensively in the olfactory bulb, telencephalon, cerebellar cortex, hypothalamus, midbrain, spinal cord and so on. There was no significant difference in the expression of IGF 1 in brains between 24 h fasting group and 72 h fasting group. In fasting rats IGF- 1 expression was lower in lateral mammillary nucleus and entorhinal cortex and higher in subiculum and occipital cortex than those in control group. Conclusion: The distribution of IGF-1 in brain is extensive and fasting can change expression of IGF-1 in some areas of brain.
