摘  要:目的:探讨妊娠不同时期小鼠第四脑室外侧隐窝室管膜的形态学变化。方法:用扫描电镜和光镜对该区在妊娠不同时期的室管膜细胞和室管膜上结构的形态学变化进行观察。结果:光镜下,该区室管膜下可见较丰富的血管,妊娠早、中期室管膜细胞呈现双层或三层密集排列现象,且其腔面可见大量均质的絮状物。扫描电镜下,该区可见一面积为100μm×250μm的无纤毛区,其上有“淤泥样分泌物”,且室管膜上结构丰富。结论:无纤毛区在妊娠期有淤泥样分泌物分布;该分泌现象与妊娠周期有密切关系。Objective: To observe the dynamic morphological changes of the lateral recess of the fourth ventricle of mice during different periods of gestation. Methods: The ependymal and supraependymal structures were observed by scanning electron microscope and light microscope during different gestation stages. Results: Under light microscope there were rich small vessels in the subependymal layer. During the early and middle gestation, the ependymal cells were arranged densely in double layers or even more, and there were some catkin like substances on the ventricular surface of the ependyma. Under scanning electron microscope there was a non-cilia region about 100μm× 25μm on the ependyma at the lateral recess of the fourth ventricle. Silt-like secretion covered the non-cilia region throughotn the whole gestation period and there were abundant supraependymal structures. Conclusion: The non-cilia region is covered with silt-like secretion, which is closely related with gestation.
