摘  要:目的选择Fe3O4与活性碳恰当配比(ζ/g)的混合原料,制备出铁碳复合磁性载体,用于肿瘤的磁靶向治疗。方法采用不同混合配比的Fe3O4和活性碳球磨配料,辅以表面包硅技术,合成出纳米纯铁和活性碳为主要组分的新型铁碳复合磁性载体,观察其粒子形貌与分布、磁性能及对阿霉素的吸附和脱附作用。结果合成的不同组分铁碳复合磁性载体颗粒直径均小于500 nm;包硅铁碳复合磁性载体性能稳定;Fe3O4和活性碳的混合配比为90/10(ζ/g)时,包硅铁碳复合磁性载体磁性能最强、吸附性能最弱;混合配比为60/40(ζ/g)时,包硅铁碳复合磁性载体对阿霉素的吸附性能最强、磁性能最弱。结论Fe3O4和活性碳的混合配比为70/30(ζ/g)时,合成的包硅铁碳复合磁性载体具有较强的磁性和恰当的吸附脱附性能,适合作为药物载体用于肿瘤的磁靶向治疗。Objective To select a proper ratio of Fe3O4 and activated carbon (ξ/g) to prepare the magnetic iron-carbon composite microparticles as a drug carrier for magnetically targeted therapy of tumor. Methods A new magnetical irowcarbon composite carriers, mainly composed of nanometer pure iron and activated carbon, were synthesized at different ratio of Fe3O4 and activated carbon using the superficial silicon-coated technique. The morphology and distribution, magnetic property, the adsorbable or desorbable ability to doxorubicin of the particles were determined respectively. Results The diameter was less than 500 nm in all of the different component magnetical iron-carbon carriers. The magnetic iron-carbon composite microparticles became stable when they were coated with silicon. The magnetic iron-carbon composite carrier coated with silicon had the best powerful magnetism and the least adsorbable ability when the ratio of Fe3O4 and activated carbon was 90 :10, whereas it had the least powerful magnisium and the best adsorbable ability when the ratio was 60 : 40. Conclusions The magnetic iron-carbon composite carrier coated with silicon has better powerful magnetism and proper adsorbable and desorbable ability when the ratio of Fe3O4 and activated carbon is 70 : 30. It is suitable for the magnetically targeted therapy of tumor as a drug carrier.
