摘 要:研究了合金化元素对新型高强韧炮钢的热处理制度、显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果发现,钢中形成的Nb(C,N)特殊碳化物在1050℃以下能有效控制钢的晶粒长大;在回火过程中,随回火温度的提高,M2C碳化物逐渐增多,在640℃达到强韧性最佳配合。经1000℃淬火并640℃回火后试验钢的σb达到1260MPa,σ0.001达到870MPa,冲击韧度达到45 J/cm2。并对其强韧性机理进行了初步分析。Effects of the alloying elements on the heat-treatment process, microstructure and mechanical properties of a novel gun steel combined with high strength and toughness were investigated. The results are found that the special carbide Nb( C, N) can control coarsening of grains effectively when the temperature is below 105℃. During tempering,the carbides M2 C precipitate and the number of the precipitates increases with the tempering temperature increasing. When the steel is quenched at 1000℃ and tempered at 640℃ ,an optimized strength and toughness can be obtained with σb, σ0.001 ,aK reaching to 1260MPa,870MPa and 45J/cm^2 respectively. Finally the mechanism for strengthening and toughening was preliminary discussed.
