简化GnRH激发试验对中枢性性早熟的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨单时相促性腺激素释放(GnRH)激发试验对中枢性性早熟(CPP)的诊断价值。方法应用传统的GnRH激发试验5个时相促性腺激素的值(FSH、LH)、B超检查、骨龄评估等方法对52例CPP女童进行诊断。结果GnRH激发试验5个时相:30 min的LH浓度与峰值相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且达到文献推荐的诊断值。结论简化的30 min一次的GnRH激发试验具有可信性。Objective To evaluate the simplified gonadotrophin-releasing hormone（GnRH） test in assessing diagnosis of central precocious puberty（CPP）. Methods 52 girls with CPP were diagnosed by the serum levels of LH and FSH of five phases classic GnRH stimulation test, pelvic ultrasonography and bone age assessment. Results Five phases of GnRH stimulation test showed that the serum levels of LH at 30 minutes was the peak of five phases （P〈0.01）. LH levels at 30 minutes reached standard of diagnosis which recommend by literature. Conclusion A simplified GnRH test at 30 minutes has valuable in early diagnosis.
