摘 要:分别研究了含矩形碳毡电路屏和“十”字形碳毡电路屏吸波复合材料的微波吸收特性,并对碳毡电路屏的吸波机理做了初步的探讨。结果表明,碳毡电路模拟吸波材料的吸波性能与电路屏阵列单元的结构和尺寸密切相关。矩形电路屏阵列单元中矩形缝隙的长或宽增大,材料的吸波性能提高;矩形缝隙之间的距离增加,材料的吸波性能降低。本实验条件下当矩形缝隙的长、宽和间距分别为24、12和6mm时,材料可获得8.56GHz的有效带宽和-25dB的最大反射衰减。“十”字形电路屏阵列单元中“十”字形缝隙的臂长或臂宽增大,材料的吸波性能提高;“十”字形缝隙之间的距离增加,材料的吸波性能降低。“十”字形缝隙的臂长、臂宽和“十”字形缝隙之间的距离分别为16、8和6mm时,材料的有效带宽7.2GHz,最大反射衰减-26.2dB。Microwave absorbing properties of composites containing carbon-fiber felt screens with periodic rectangular and cross-loop slots are investigated respectively, and the absorbing mechanism of carbon-fiber felt screens is briefly discussed. Results show that the absorbing performances of composites are affected greatly by the lattice and element configurations of the screens. With the length or width of rectangular slots in the screens increased, the absorbing properties of composites are improved. When the distance between rectangular slots added,the absorption effect of composites falls. In this research,the composite obtains a reflection loss below - 10dB over 8.56GHz and the maximum reflection loss of -25dB when the length of rectangular slots,the width of rectangular slots and the distance between the slots are 24,12 and 6ram respectively. With the length or width of cross-loop slots' arms in the screens increased, the absorbing properties of composites are improved. When the distance between cross-loop slots added, the absorption effect of composites falls. When the length of crossloop slots' arms,the width of cross-loop slots~ arms and the distance between cross-loop slots are 16,8 and 6ram separately,the composite achieves a reflection loss below -10dB over 7.2GHz and the maximum value of absorption rate reaches -26.2dB.
