摘  要:制备了不同气氛下烧结的NiFe2O4陶瓷材料,研究了烧结气氛和烧结温度对NiFe2O4陶瓷物相组成、致密度、导电率和显微组织的影响.结果表明:NiFe2O4在N2气氛下烧结时,晶格发生部分畸变,但物相组成不发生改变;与空气条件下烧结过程相比,N2气氛在保证材料获得较高的致密度和导电率的同时,有效降低了烧结温度.NiFe2O4陶瓷在N2气氛中1250℃烧结时,致密度为93.20%,960℃下的导电率20.83S/cm,气孔率为6.80%,平均晶粒粒径为4~5μm.NiFe2O4 ceramics are prepared under various sintering atmosphere. The effects of sintering atmosphere and temperature on the phase composition, relative density, conductivity and microstructure of ceramics samples are investigated. The results show that the crystal lattice of NiFe2O4 has a little aberrance and the phase composition has no change under weakable nitrogen atmosphere; Compared with the sintering process under air condition, the high relative density and conductivity of specimens were achieved with decreasing sintering temperature under weakable nitrogen atmosphere. The relative density, conductivity at 960℃, apparent porosity and average particle size are 93.20%, 20.83S/cm, 6.80% and 4-5μm respectively for the ceramics samples sintered at 1250~C under weakable nitrogen atmosphere.
