摘  要:采用界面聚合的方法制得了壁材为聚酰胺-聚脲,粒径在0.5~2mm之间包囊模型药物的大胶囊,通过改变微球壁材的组成获得不同性能的胶囊.研究了反应物比例,搅拌速度对胶囊平均粒径大小与分布的影响.横向比较了不同组成的胶囊强度.利用乙醇作为萃取剂用紫外分光光度法研究了低挥发药物胶囊的液相扩散性能,利用气相紫外分光光度法研究了高挥发药物胶囊的气相释放性能.结果表明实验获得了交联定型囊壁的大粒径缓释胶囊,得到了药物的长效缓释效果.Macrocapsule composed of polyamide and polyurea was prepared by interficial polymerization. The diameters of macrocapsules are between 0.5mm to 2mm. By changing the ratio of the reagent, macrocapsule having different characteristics were prepared. The effect of reactant ratio and stirring speed on capsule diameter was studied. Capsule mechanical strength was compared by laboratory method. Using alcohol as the extractant, the release process of the low volatile medicine in liquid phase and that of high volatile medicine in gas phase were studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results show that macrocapsule having compact wall and long-term release characteristics can be prepare by this method.
