摘  要:目的观察修订后的尿碘测定方法中过硫酸铵溶液的稳定性。方法使用在室温、避光、低温3种保存方式的过硫酸铵溶液,按照新修订的尿碘测定方法观察在保存期内对标准曲线线性、样品测定结果的影响;采用硫代硫酸钠滴定的方法,测试分析3种保存方式过硫酸铵溶液的分解情况。结果过硫酸铵溶液在1个月的保存期间内,其保存时间和保存方式对尿碘测定方法中标准曲线线性和样品的测定结果均不产生影响,冷藏保存的过硫酸铵溶液浓度几乎没有变化,其余2种存放条件的溶液浓度变化相同,浓度下降达20%以上。结论尿碘测定中消化剂过硫酸铵溶液配制后置冰箱(4℃)避光保存,至少稳定1个月。Objective To observe the stability of a digestant-the solution of ammonium persulfate-in newly modified method for determination of urinary iodine, and to provide a basis of the correct use in measuring urinary iodine. Methods The solution of ammonium persulfate was preserved under room temperature, in an avoidance of sunlight and under low temperature respectively. According to the new measurement of urinary iodine, observation on the influence on standard curve and measuring results was made; and using sodium thiosulfate titration, the break down of the solution of ammonium persulfate, which preserved in 3 ways, was analyzed. Results In a month of preservation, the retention time and ways of preservation did not influence on the standard curve and the measuring results in measuring urinary iodine, and the solution of ammonium persulfate preserved under low temperature kept the same, while the solutions preserved in the other 2 ways similarly decreased by 20% in concentration. Conclusion As a digestant in determination of urinary iodine, the solution of ammonium persulfate ought to be kept in refrigerator of 4℃ and in an avoidance of sunlight, which at least keeps its stability for a month.
