摘　　要：目的论证多次小剂量利多卡因在彩超引导下注入无水乙醇治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿中的作用。方法对92例行彩超引导下注入无水乙醇硬化治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的患者随机分为两组。对照组(45例)注入无水乙醇常规治疗;观察组(47例)在常规治疗的基础上,采用多次小剂量利多卡因治疗,观察两组患者在治疗中和治疗后的不良反应及症状。结果观察组在治疗中及治疗后9例出现不良反应及症状;对照组中41例在治疗中及治疗后均出现了不同程度的不良反应。观察组在诊疗过程中及治疗后的反应及症状明显轻于对照组(P<0.001)。结论多次小剂量利多卡因在彩超引导下注入无水乙醇治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的介入治疗过程中可以有效地减轻、减少患者的不良反应及症状。Objective To demonstrate the effect of low dose lidocaine infusing into chocolate cyst of ovary on color Doppler ultrasound guidance. Methods Total of 92 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst infusing dehydrated alcohol monitoring by color Doppler ultrasound were divided into two groups. The patients in control groups （45 cases） were treated with alcohol as usual. Low and multiple doses lidocaine was applied the patients in observation groups （47 cases ）. Results 9 cases in observation group had adverse reaction and symptom during therapy, 41 cases had serious side effect. The reaction and symptom in observation groups are more obvious than that of control groups （P〈0. 001） . Conclusions The patients adverse reaction and symptom can be efficiently relieved and lessened with low and multiple doses lidocaine when the chocolate cyst of ovary was infused with dehydrated alcohol guiding by color Doppler.
