摘　　要：目的研究从中药材连翘中分离制备连翘酯苷对照品的高效液相色谱方法。方法连翘药材经水提醇沉淀后,经聚酰胺柱层析得粗提物,粗提物用RP-HPLC法分离制备连翘酯苷单体。结果分离制备的连翘酯苷纯度可达98%。结论该方法上样量大,操作简单,提取物纯度高,可用于连翘酯苷对照品的大量制备。Objective To prepare forsythiaside fi＇om Forsythia suspensa by high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Method A crude extract of Forsythia suspensa was prepared by water extraction and alcohol precipitation prior to polyamide column chromatography. Forsythiaside was prepared fi＇om the crude extract by RP-HPLC. Results Analysis with HPLC showed that the purity of the preparedforsythiaside reached 98%. Conclusion HPLC is simple and effective for the preparation of forsythiaside from Forsythia suspensa.
