摘 要:目的建立一种唾液葡萄糖比色测定方法,并观察其在糖尿病血糖浓度监测中的意义.方法用2,4,6-三溴-3-羟基苯甲酸取代葡萄糖氧化酶测定法的苯酚,用于唾液葡萄糖的测定.并观察正常人与糖尿病患者血糖浓度和唾液葡萄糖含量之间的关系.结果 186例健康人晨空腹唾液葡萄糖浓度为8.14±1.78mg/L.正常人及糖尿病患者血糖与唾液葡萄糖之间存在明显相关性(r=0.72~0.80).结论比色法可以高灵敏度的测定唾液葡萄糖的含量,并可用于糖尿病人血糖浓度的监测.Objective To detect glucose content in the saliva using an established colorimetric method and to evaluate the clinical application in monitoring blood glucose in diabetic. Methods Glucose oxidase acted on saliva glucose, the generated hydrogen peroxide was measured by use of peroxidase with 2,4,6 - tribromo - 3 - hydroxybenzoic acid and 4- aminoantipyrene to give a pink product that absorbed maximally at 510nm. Using standard glucose solution to make out calibration curve, Measure plasma glucose and saliva glucose concentration at same time in health individuals and diabetic patients and observe the relationship, Results The average saliva glucose content in 186 health individuals was 8.48 ± 1.78mg/L. There was a significant correlation between the plasma glucose and the saliva glucose (r = 0. 72-0.80) between the health individuals and the diabetic patients, Condusion The colorimetric method can be used to monitor blood glucose in diabetic according to the content of saliva glucose.
