摘 要:研究了多次重熔对DZ125返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响.试验结果表明:返回料合金经过多次返回重熔后,C,Cr,H f,含量随熔炼次数的增加而逐渐降低,S i含量随熔炼次数的增加而略有增加.其他杂质元素、气体氧、氮、氢的含量变化不大.合金组织随熔炼次数的增加没有明显变化,枝晶杆γ′相均为细小的立方状.合金室温、高温拉伸性能,中温、高温持久性能以及高周疲劳性能基本相当.进行了DZ125多次重熔返回料合金铸造工艺试验.The changes in chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of directionally solidified superalloy DZ125 during repeated remelting have been studied. The results show that content of C, Cr, Hf was decreased with the increase of remehing for several times. Imparites and gas contents didn't change obviously and the remehing has rat cheerted while the proaunced influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties at different temperatures, with the increase of repeated remelting for several times castability of reverted ingots of DZ125 was carried out.
