厚朴酚对大鼠主动脉收缩的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察厚朴酚对大鼠主动脉收缩的影响.方法:用去内皮大鼠胸主动脉观察厚朴酚对血管环的直接作用及对高钾、苯肾上腺素引起的收缩的对抗作用;观察厚朴酚预孵育后血管环对高钾及苯肾的反应性.结果:直接给药厚朴酚(0～300μM)对胸主动脉基础张力无作用,对高钾、PHE已引起的收缩作用无影响;厚朴酚预孵育5min能剂量依赖性的抑制高钾及PHE引起的收缩作用.结论:厚朴酚预孵育可抑制血管对高钾及PHE的反应性,其机制可能与细胞膜上的电压依赖性钙通道及细胞内钙的释放有关系.AIM： To observe the effects of magnolol on the contraction of aortic ring of rats. Methods： Vascular tone of isolate rings from rats aorta without endothelium were recorded. The direct effect of magnolol and the effect of the pretreatment of magnolol were investigated. Results： Magnolol did not influence the basal vascular tone and the contraction induced by high K^＋ and phenylephnine. Pretreatment with greater than 10 μM-concentration magnolol significantly inhibited the contraction induced by high K^＋ and phenylephnine. Conclusion： Pretreatment with magnolol has inhibitory effect on aortic ring of rats, the mechanism involve the voltage dependental calcium channels and the release of intracellular calcium.
