摘　　要：目的:观察异丙肾上腺素(ISO)对大鼠血管内皮功能的影响及鸿宝心脑康胶囊的干预作用。方法:采用大鼠ISO心肌损伤模型,测定血浆中vWF、P-selectin、t-PA的含量和血清中NOS的活性。结果:ISO可使血浆中vWF、P-selectin和t-PA的含量升高(P<0.01),cNOS的活性下降(P<0.05);鸿宝心脑康胶囊可使该模型大鼠血浆中vWF、P-selectin和t-PA的含量有所降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清中cNOS的活性回升(P<0.05)。结论:ISO可损伤血管内皮分泌功能,鸿宝心脑康胶囊对血管内皮有保护作用。Abjective： To investigate the effects of isoproterenol on endocrine function of endothelial cells of vessel and the protective effect of Hongbaoxinnaokang capsule in rats. Methods： By using the ISO myocardial damage model in rats, we measured the content of vWF, P-selectin and t-PA in plasma and the activity of NOS in serum. Results： The results showed that ISO can increase the content of vWF, P-selectin and t-PA in plasma （P 〈 0.01） and decrease the activity of NOS in serum （P 〈 0.05）. Hongbaoxinnaokang capsule can significantly reduce the content of vWF, P-selectin, t-PA in plasma （P 〈 0.01, P 〈0.05）and increase the activity of NOS in serum （P 〈 0.05）when the rats were impaired by isoproterenol. Conclusion： ISO can result in endothelial function damage, Hongbaoxinnaokang capsule possessed the protective effect on impaired vessel endothelium by ISO.
