摘　　要：在经济全球化的背景下,探讨邓小平的对外开放思想,包括四个方面的主要内容:一是邓小平对外开放思想正确地把握了世界经济发展的客观趋势,提出了“现在的世界是开放的世界”的科学论断;二是邓小平的对外开放思想是把世界历史发展的特定过程和中国历史发展特定阶段相结合的产物;三是从人类社会历时性发展和共时性交叉现状中作出“和平与发展是时代的问题”的科学论断;四是在全球化背景下,正确选择了有中国特色的社会主义道路。This paper explores from the perspective of economic globalization Deng Xiaoping＇ s ideology on opening to the outside world in four aspects ： First of all, he appropriately grasped the objective tendency of world economic development and put forward the scientific conclusion that the present world is one that opens to the outside world. Secondly, Deng Xiaoping＇ s opening-up ideology is the result from the combination of the particular process of the development of the world history with the particular stage in China＇ s historical development. Thirdly, he reached the scientific judgment that peace and development are the theme of the time from the crossing circumstances of the diachronic and synchronic development of the human society. Finally, it is the correct choice of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics in the situation of globalization.
