摘　　要：国内犯罪分子实施犯罪后逃往国外的事件时有发生，这给政府及司法部门惩处罪犯增 加了许多困难，要对这些逃往国外的犯罪分子行使管辖权，必须要与有关国家进行国际司法合 作，合作的途径之一就是将罪犯引渡回国。The occurrence of Chinese criminals escaping overseas poses considerable obstacles for the execution of the cases, and thus extradition based on the collaboration of the authorities of other countries is of great significance. The present paper discusses the principles and the legal problems of the extradition in such cases.
