三伏灸中医辨证治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：观察支气管哮喘三伏灸传统取穴与辨证取穴的疗效比较。肺气虚组(A)、脾气虚1组(B1)、肾气虚1组(C1)取大椎、双侧肺俞;脾气虚2组(B2 )取大椎、双侧肺俞、双侧脾俞;肾气虚2组(C2 )取大椎、双侧肺俞、双侧肾俞。治前,A、B1、B2组NO指标显著低于C1、C2组,肺功能大部分指标显著高于C1、C2组。经三伏灸治疗后,各组NO及肺功能大部分指标均有显著改善,其中A、B2、C2组的指标有非常显著改善。B2组疗效显著优于B1组;C2组疗效显著优于C1组;A组疗效非常显著优于B1、C1组。提示中医辨证取穴能提高针灸临床疗效。Comparing the treatment of bronchial asthma by sanfu-moxibustion with traditional way and syndrome differentiation. Acupoints of dazhui, double feisyhu were taken to group 2 of lung qi deficiency（A）, group 1 of spleen qi deficiency（B1）, group 1 of key qi deficiency（C1）. Acupoints of dazhui, double feishu, double pishu, double shenshu were taken to group 2 of spleen qi deficiency（B2）. Acupoints of dazhui, double feishu, double shenshu were taken to group 2 of kidney qi deficiency （C2）. Before treatment, NO index in A, B1, B2 groups were obviously lower than that in C1 and C2 groups, pulmonary function obviously higher than that in C1 and C2 groups. After treatment with sanfu-moxibustion, NO and pulmonary function improved in every groups, especially good in A, B2, and C2 groups. Therapeutic efficiency in B2 group is better than in B1 group. C2 group better than C1 group. A group is obviously better than B1 and C1 groups. Conclusion： Selecting acupionts by syndrome differentiation will improve therapeutic efficiency.
