益气养阴解毒活血方及其拆方对免疫性肝损伤小鼠防治作用的实验研究

摘　　要：观察益气养阴解毒活血方及其拆方对免疫性肝损伤小鼠的防治作用,静脉注射卡介苗(BCG)和细菌脂多糖(LPS)造成免疫性肝损伤的小鼠模型,以全方及其拆方治疗,检测各组小鼠血清谷丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)、白细胞介素6(IL 6)及肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化,并观察肝脏的病理组织学变化,结果显示益气药、养阴药具有提高SOD活性的作用;解毒药、活血药降低MDA作用明显;益气药、活血药可显著调节TNF α的产生;活血药主要降低IL 6水平,说明益气养阴解毒活血方具有抗自由基、调节免疫功能作用;该方各药物治疗作用不同,而全方综合疗效优于拆方。To observe the prevention and treatment effects of yiqi yangyin jiedu huoxue prescription and its minor components on immunological liver injury in mice and research the effective compounds（TCD） against liver injury. To create model mice of immunological liver injury by intravenous injecting BCG and LPS, and administer the prescription and its minor components. To measure the concentrations of ALT, TNF-α, IL-6, MDA, SOD, and observe the histopathologic changes of liver. The result showed that qi-reinforcing drugs and yin-reinforcing drugs can increase activity of SOD, antidotes（TCD） and blood-activation drugs can decrease the concentration of MDA, qi-reinforcing drugs may significantly regulate TNF-α, blood-activation drugs mostly decrease the concentration of IL-6. We can conclude that this prescription have resisting free-radical and modulating immune function. The effect of the prescription is superior to its minor compoents.
