摘  要:在白塑料桶和水泥池中进行了雨生红球藻诱变株1号大量培养试验,温度为14~18.5℃,结果为:桶接种密度分别为8.1×103个/ml、6.5×103个/ml、6.6×103个/ml,经过12 d的培养,密度分别为14.7×104个/ml、14.3×104个/ml、14.7×104个/ml;水泥池接种密度分别为2.0×103个/ml、5.1×103个/ml、3.5×103个/ml,经过11 d的培养,密度分别为7.9×104个/ml、10.0×104个/ml、9.2×104个/ml.动细胞藻密度分别为8.2×104个/ml、14.7×104个/ml、22.4×104个/ml,收获到湿藻1616 g/m3、1768 g/m3、2488 g/m3,干藻86 g/m3、92 g/m3、132 g/m3;不动细胞藻密度分别为4.4×104个/ml 、18.9×104个/ml,收获到湿藻1921 g/m3、4677 g/m3,干藻138 g/m3、342 g/m3.Haematococcus pluvialis aberrant strain No. 1 was cultured in white barrels and concrete ponds at 14 - 18.5℃. The results showed that the density in the barrels increased to 14.7 × 10^4 cell/ml, 14.3 × 10^4 cell/ml and 14.7 × 10^4 cell/ml from initial density of 8.1 × 10^3cell/ml, 6.5 × 10^3 cell/ml and 6.6 × 10^3 cell/ml during 12 - day culture. In concrete ponds, the density reached 7.9 × 10^4 cell/ml, 10.0 × 10^4 cell/ml and 9.2 × 10^4 cell/ml from initial density of 2.0 × 10^3 cell/ml, 5.1 × 10^3 cell/ml, and 3.5 × 10^3 cell/ml after 11 days. The motile cells was stocked at a rate of 8.2 × 10^4 cell/ml, 14.7 × 10^4 cell/ml and 22.4 × 10^4 cell/ml and harvested at a rate of 1616 g/m^3, 1768 g/m^3 and 2488 g/m^3 in wet weight or 86 g/m^3, 92 g/m^3 and 132 g/m^3 in dry weight. The non - motile cells increased to 4.4 ×10^4 cell/ml, and 18.9 × 10^4 cell/ml, 1921g/m^3, 4677g/m^3 wet weight or 138 g/m^3 and 342 g/m^3 in dry weight.
