摘 要:由于封隔器卡瓦的尖齿结构,使卡瓦的理论分析、数值模拟分析和试验测试研究等都非常困难。利用AN-SYS系统接触有限元方法和点组接触副技术,分析了卡瓦弹性和弹塑性M ises应力分布规律,结果表明,该型卡瓦的牙齿齿顶的M ises应力沿轴向从上到下依次减少,第5齿承受载荷很小,第6齿和第7齿几乎没有承受载荷,沿卡瓦的周向从轴对称面依次向卡瓦两侧面增加。提出了使齿均匀受力的改进意见。The accurate theoretic analysis, numerical simulation and measuring test of slip element were very difficult for oil packer systems because of the sharp teeth. Applying methods of ANSYS multi-components contact and techniques of contact pairs composed of group points, Analyze is done for the distributing rules of Mises stress on the teeth of slip that is supposed in elastic and elastoplastic state. The results show that the Mises stress in this type slip decreases along axial cord from top to bottom tooth, is very little for fifth tooth, can be neglected for the sixth and seventh teeth, and increases along circumference from symmetrical to side plane of the slip.
