摘 要:蚕卵在不同条件下催青,不同交配组合间存在差异,平均单蛾产卵数以高温干燥♀×高温干燥♂组合>高温干燥♀×自然温湿♂组合>自然温湿♀×自然温湿♂组合>自然温湿♀×高温干燥♂组合。比较分析不同交配组合间的不受精卵率,显示出蚕卵经高温干燥处理后发育而成的雌雄蛾,有降低当代蚕蛾不受精卵率的现象。高温干燥催青条件对后代卵的孵化影响是高温干燥♀×自然温湿♂组合>自然温湿♀×自然温湿♂组合>高温干燥♀×高温干燥♂组合>自然温湿♀×高温干燥♂组合。The eggs of silkworm were incubated in two different conditions: high temperature and low humidity, natural temperature and humidity. The amount of laid eggs was different in different mating combination under different incubated conditions. The combination of high temperature and low humidity ♀ mothxhigh temperature and low humidity ♂ moth has the most amount of laid eggs, the laid eggs amount of the combination high temperature and low humidity ♀? mothxnatural temperature and humidity ♂ moth is more than the combination of natural temperature and humidity 2 mothxnatural temperature and humidity ♂ moth and the combination of natural temperature and humidity ♀ mothxhigh temperature and low humidity ♂ has the least amount of laid eggs. The results of sterile egg ratio comparison showed that the high temperature and low humidity incubation could reduce the sterile egg ratio of the moth.The hatching rate of progency eggs was also effected by the incubate condition. The order of the hatching rate from most to the least is the combination of high temperature and low humidity ♀ moth×natural temperature and humidity ♂ moth, natural temperature and humidity ♀ mothxnatural temperature and humidity ♂ moth, natural temperature and humidity ♀ mothxhigh temperature and low humidity ♂ moth.
