摘  要:试制成三个轴向驱动永磁磁浮离心泵的模型装置.第一个模型使用一个直流电机,用磁耦合方法驱动血泵;第二个模型以一个电机线圈代替直流电机,由线圈产生的旋转磁场驱动血泵,这种装置的长度从120mm减小到70mm;第三个模型用于动物试验,将第二个模型装置的外径从45mm缩小至30mm,而电机驱动及泵血功能不变.在所有的试验模型装置中,转子均由永磁轴承支承,与定子无机械接触,叶轮均采用直线型方法设计,因此泵的扬程—流量曲线是直线形状,这表明泵内没有机械摩擦损失,也没有紊流损失.Three prototypes of axially driven permanent maglev centrifugal pumps have been developed in authors' laboratory. The first one has a DC motor, which drives the pump via magnetic coupling; the second has a motor coil, which drives the pump directly with a rotating magnetic field, thus the length of the device has been reduced from 120 mm to 70 mm; the third for in vivo application has the diameter decreased from 45 mm of the second one to 30 mm. In each prototype, the rotor is bore by permanent magnetic beatings and has no mechanical contact with the stator; the impellers have a streamlined design and thus the pump's H- Q curves are straight lines, indicating there is neither mechanical friction loss nor turbulent flow loss in the device.
