红树药用植物桐花树化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究桐花树的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,薄层色谱及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从其树皮的乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分分得6个化合物,其结构鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅰ),原儿茶酸(protocate-chu ic ac id,Ⅱ),香草酸(Van illic ac id,Ⅲ),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅳ),sch imperinone(Ⅴ),prim alagen ih A(Ⅵ)。结论:以上各化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM： To study the chemical constituents from the stem bark of Aegiceras Corniculatum. METHODS： The compounds were extracted by alcohol and isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. RESULTS： Six compounds were identified as β-sitosterol （ Ⅰ ）, protocatechuic acid （ Ⅱ ）, Vanillic acid （ Ⅲ ）, daucosterol （ Ⅳ ）, schimpefinone （ Ⅴ ）, Primulagenin A （Ⅵ）. CONCLUSION： All the compounds were isolated from this plant and reported for the first time.
