摘  要:目的研究塔里木盆地子午沙鼠对鼠疫菌的敏感性、感受性和母系抗体在仔鼠体维持时间.方法用分离自北天山灰旱獭体内的鼠疫强毒菌2101号,以1×101~1×109个菌皮下接种子午沙鼠;二次接种(1×109)后存活鼠配对饲养,产仔后观察仔鼠抗体维持时间.结果 1×109个菌可使该组动物全部死亡.其它组的存活鼠再次接种后其耐受性有所增强.仔鼠F1抗体效价3 个月时为1:32,4个月时为1:4.结论子午沙鼠对北天山灰旱獭分离的鼠疫菌敏感性较高,个体差异较大,血清抗体维持时间长.母系抗体在仔鼠体可维持3~4个月之久.Objective To study the susceptibility and sensitivity of Meriones meridianus in the Tarim Basin to Yersinia pestis and the time of matrilineal antibody kept in newborn M. meridianus. Methods Highly virulent strain of Y. pestis (Strain No. 2101) isolated from Marmata baibacina in northern Tianshan Mountains was inoculated subcutaneously in the dose of 1×10^1 - 1×10^9 plague bacill per mL. Receiving secondary inoculation with 1×10^9 plague bacilli, survivors of M. meridianus were fed in pairs and antibody keeping time in their offsprings of M. meridianus was observed. Results The dose of 1×10^9 plague bacilli led to death in all inoculated animals. The survival animals in the other groups showed increased toleration following re - inoculation with 1×10^9 plague bacilli. F1 antibody of offsprings to plague bacillus was 1 : 32 at the end of three months and 1:4 at the end of four months. Conclusions The results show that M. meridianus in northern Tianshan Mountains has high sensitivity to highly virulent strain of Y. pestis isolated from M. baibacina with many individual differences and long serologic antibody kept time. The matrilineal antibody can be kept for three to four months in the offsprings.
