摘　　要：目的检测分析冠心病(CHD)患者血清可溶性E-选振素(sE-se-lectin)和血脂水平及其临床意义。方法145例冠心病患者和144例对照者,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)平行检测其sE-selectin和血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C)水平,比较sE-selectin水平和血脂在二组之间的差异,并分析sE-selectin水平与CHD发生的相关性。结果sE-selectin和TC、TG、LDL-C水平在CHD组明显高于对照组(P<0.01),sE-selection水平与CHD明显相关。结论CHD患者血清sE-selectin明显高于正常人,sE-selectin可能与CHD的发生、发展有关。Objective: To analyse the levels of serum soluble E-selectin (sE-selectin) and serum lipids and their role in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients.Method: We measured levels of sE-selectin and serum lipids (TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C) among 145 CHD and 144 controls by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Analyse the correlation between sE-selectin and CHD.Results: The levels of serum sE-selectin and serum lipids in group CHD were significantly higher than those in controls. Serum sE-selectin was significantly associated with CHD.Conclusion: The levels of sE-selectin in CHD patients is significantly higher than controls and may be cause the onset and development of CHD.
