摘　　要：目的:检测粘附分子CD44v6及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在子宫内膜异位症在位、异位内膜与正常内膜中的表达,研究CD44v6及MMP-2在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化方法对60例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者的异位内膜、在位内膜与25例正常子宫内膜中CD44v6、MMP-2的表达进行检测。结果:CD44v6、MMP-2在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿异位内膜中的表达显著高于同期在位内膜与正常子宫内膜的表达(P<0.01),在位内膜与正常子宫内膜中CD44v6、MMP-2表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:异位内膜组织中CD44v6与MMP-2的高表达密切相关,CD44v6及MMP-2在异位内膜中高表达可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生发展有关。Objective： To evaluate CD44v6 and MMP - 2 expression in endometriosis and entopic endometrium in women with endometriosis and normal endometrium. Methods： CD44v6 and MMP -2 expression were examined in endometriosis and entopic endometrium （n = 60） and normal endometrium （n = 25 ） by immunohistochemistry. Results： The expression of CD44v6 and MMP -2 in endometriosis were higher than those in entopic and normal endometrium （P 〈 0. 01 ） . The expression of CD44v6 and MMP -2 were similar in the last two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： There ware close relationships between CD44v6 and MMP - 2, which were over expressed in endometriosis tissues. CD44v6 and MMP - 2 could be involved in the development of endometriosis lesions.
