摘 要:目的:寻求白细胞介素(IL)-1β与排卵关系的证据。方法:用酶联免疫吸附双抗夹心法连续测定15例体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期、7例正常月经周期宫颈粘液IL-1β的水平。结果:正常月经周期、IVF周期宫颈粘液IL-1β具有相似的周期性变化规律,从卵泡期到排卵期宫颈粘液IL-1β水平逐渐增加,至排卵前1d达到高峰,排卵日下降。正常月经周期、IVF周期排卵期宫颈粘液IL-1β水平高于卵泡期的水平。结论:正常月经周期、IVF周期排卵期宫颈粘液IL-1β水平高于卵泡期的水平,为IL-1β可能参与排卵提供间接证据。Objective: To study the relationship between IL - 1 β in cervical mucus and ovulation. Methods: Fifteen women of primary or secondary sterility undergoing IVF treatment and seven women of reproductive age with a history of regular, monthly menses and norreal fertility were recruited for this study. The IL - 1 βconcentrations in cervical mucus were measured serially by sand - wich enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results: A cyclic change occurred in IL - 1 β in cervical mucus during the normal menstrual cycle and the IVF cycle, with the IL - 1 β levels increasing gradually from the follicular phase to ovulatory phase and then beginning to reduce. IL - 1 β reached the highest levels 1 day before ovulation. IL - 1 β levels in cervical mucus were higher in ovulatory phase than follicular phase ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ) during the normal menstrual cycle and the IVF cycle. Conclusion: IL - 1 β in cervical mucus may be related to ovulation.
