摘　　要：西方发达国家的图书呈缴本制度是通过图书馆法的形式固定下来的,而我国却是通过通知、文件等形式对出版部门作出规定,这种不同于世界通用的做法,直接导致了文献保存的不完整性以及地方政府和行业的政出多门,本文通过对我国图书呈缴本制度变迁的研究,找出了其存在的问题,认为必须建立“图书馆法”或全国统一的“图书呈缴本法”。The systems of legal deposit copy in the western developed countries are fixed through the library law,but our country makes stipulations to publishing departments through notices,files,etc.This way that is different from the world in common use method causes the integrality of keeping documents and the own trades of the local governments and each department.The text makes some researches about the changes of the systems of legal deposit copy in our country books,finding out its existing problems and thinking that we must set up the“library law”or nationwide unified “the law of legal deposit copy”.
