摘　　要：本文探索了零次信息的价值,对零次信息价值给予肯定,对零次信息的定义进行了界定,总结出零次信息的特点,提出零次信息价值理论学说,零次信息价值的相对论,并通过社会实践调查研究,运用详尽的事实,论述了零次信息价值理论的科学性。It explores and confirms the value of raw information. It gives a standard definition to raw information, concludes its features and puts forward the doctrine value theory of raw information and relativity value of raw information. It also expounds the scientificness of the value theory of raw information by means of social practices, investigations, studies and detailed facts.
