摘　　要：本文分析了高校专业学科资料室的职能与特点,强调深化学科资料室情报职能要进行三个方面的改革,即改变人的观念,提高人的素质;改善物质条件,创造良好环境;改革管理方式,开辟新的思路。The paper analyses the functions and features of the college specialist reference room and points out three reforms to broaden its functions： for staff, to change attitudes and broaden relevant knowledge; for physical state, to improve material standard and build up good environment; and for management, to reform current approaches and find out new ideas.
