摘　　要：为适应改革与发展的迫切需要,内资商业银行应从数据集中入手,通过加大科技投入,强化科技作用,运用IT技术,对银行当时的业务模式、营销模式和管理模式进行深层次的改革和整合,打造基于数据资源银行集中、客户信息银行集中、管理信息银行集中、业务流程银行集中、授权管理银行集中的现代商业银行管理平台,使银行成本管理、业务管理。风险管理能力迈上全新台阶,最终实现利用数据信息情报提高内资商业银行经营管理水平。In order to adopt the requirement of reform and development, home-capital commercial bank started with the cluster data, through input the science and technology, strengthen the effect of science and technology, use the IT technology. It reformed and rectified deeply of bank business model, marking model of bank, management model of bank. Based on the modem commercial platform of bank concentrate of data resource custon information, make the bank management of cost and business, rosk mangement, ability enter a new step. Finally, realize to improve the home-capital commercial bank operation management level to utilize the data information intelligence.
