测量误差对加工尺寸间相关性影响的探讨

摘　　要：在对生产现场采集的数据进行统计分析的基础上，研究了测量误差与相关系数之间的关系。揭示了尺寸环之间的相关性随测量误差的增加而减弱的客观规律。并指出了只有测量误差很小时，才能比较真实地反映尺寸环之间的实际相关性。ased on the statisticol analysis of data obtained from practical production,this paper studies the relationships between measuring erors and reciprocal coefficients and discovers the objective rules that the reciprocity between dimensional chains decreases with the increase in measuring errors.The conclusion is drawn that only when the measuring errors are very small the practical reciprocity between dimensional chains can be true.
