摘　　要：“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”是我国的治国方略。为实现依法治国,迫切需要对法律文化的借鉴与研究。我们不仅要借鉴与研究西方的一些法律文化,还要借鉴与研究我们祖先的遗产———中国传统法律文化。探讨中国传统法律文化的利与弊,“取其精华,弃其糟粕”,继承传统法律文化的优秀成果(道德法律化、法律道德化),摈弃传统法律理念,促进中国的法治进程。Administer country with law is one of the methods of administer country. To realize the policy, it is necessary for society ruled by law to use legal culture. We not only use foreign legal culture but also investigate our traditional legal culture. We should explore and analyse the feature of traditional legal culture. It is necessary for society ruled by law to mingle the advantage of traditional legal culture with contemporary China legal culture and abandon the fault.
