新时期大学生就业教育应做到七个结合

摘　　要：在当今高等教育“大众化”,毕业生就业市场化的形势下,很多大学毕业生缺乏对自我的正确认识,缺乏驾驭竞争局面的主动权。针对这种情况,本文提出将就业教育与学生的日常思想政治教育、学生个人职业生涯规划、解决毕业生实际问题、学生毕业实习、实践、心理健康教育、就业工作信息化建设及毕业离校活动等七方面工作相结合,进一步加强和改进大学生就业教育,促进大学毕业生充分就业。Nowadays, under the situation of the popularizing of higher oducation and the market selecting of graduates, there is a serious lack of self-consciousness and the abliity to handle competition in many students. Confronted with this situation, this article puts forevord the combination of seven factors with employment education： students＇ daily ideology and politics education, students＇ personal planning for career, solutions to practical problems of graduates, the practice, health education of psydology before graduation, information construction of employment and activities for graduation so as to achieve the improvement of employment education among graduates as the sufficient employment for graduates.
