摘  要:采用Awick Amsler/Roell RKP450仪器化冲击试验机,研究了型钢在-60℃~20℃的冲击韧性和动态断裂韧性。结果表明:在型钢下平台温度范围内,缺口试样冲击能量的绝大部分用于裂纹萌生;在韧脆转变区及上平台范围内,裂纹扩展消耗大量的能量,型钢动态断裂韧性韧脆转变温度约在-40℃^-20℃之间。Impact resistance and dynamic fracture toughness of H shaped steel is investigated using Zwick Amsler/Roell RKP 450 instrumented impact machine over a broad range of temperatures from 60℃ to 20℃. Results show that nearly all of the impact energy is consumed for crack initiation in the lower shelf range, In the ductile- to- brittle transition region and upper shelf range,the energy consumed during crack propagation is much higher than that during initiation. It is illustrated that ductile- to- brittle transition temperature of H-shaped steel is between-40℃ and -20℃.
