摘　　要：以某企业为研究对象,对其生产过程及物流情况进行分析研究,以物流搬运量最低为目标,应用企业物流系统分析的理论和方法进行计算,对部门内设施及物流进行再布置设计,使其物流更加合理化,提高工作效率。With the productivity level increasing, people are paying more and more attention to the huge potentialities in the logistics system. Logistics is an important construction to modern enterprise. A study and an analysis on the production process and the logistics conditions of an enterprise are conducted. With minimum load as its aim and utilizing the theory and method of enterprise logistics system analysis, facilities and logistics of the enterprise can be redesigned to make its logistics more reasonable and effective, thus improving work efficiency.
