摘 要:外加Ca2+能有效的减低吸胀绿豆种子的脱水伤害,适宜的Ca2+浓度为5 mmol/L。Ca2+专一性螯合剂EGTA、二价离子螯合剂EDTA、钙调素(CaM)抑制剂TFP、Ca2+通道抑制剂Co2+都能降低吸胀绿豆种子脱水后的生长和存活能力。加入Ca2+能够部分解除EGTA、EDTA、TFP和Co2+的抑制作用。说明Ca2+与种子的脱水耐性密切相关。The effect of Ca^2+ treatment on seed desiccation tolerance was studied in this paper. The results indicated that Ca^2+ could increase seed desiccation tolerance and optimal Ca^2+ concentration was about 5 mmol/L. The seeds' survival and growth were decreased by additional EGTA (a specific Ca^2+ chelator), EDTA (a Ca^2+ chelator) ,TFP (a calmodulin inhibitor),Co^2+ (a calcium channel blocker), but the function of EGTA ,EDTA ,TFP, Co^2+ were partially decreased by the additional Ca^2+. All these showed that desiccation tolerance of Mung bean seeds was closely related to calcium.
