小球烧结工艺应用效果

摘　　要：将烧结厂原有圆筒混合机改造为强力混合造球机，并改用雾化喷水器，提高了造球效果，同时采用燃料分加技术和偏析布料技术。实现了小球烧结，烧结机利用系数大幅度提高，燃耗降低，烧结矿质量得到改善。高炉使用小球烧结矿后，增产节焦的效果十分显著。With modifying the mixing drum into intensive mixer-pelletizer,using atomizing sprayer to enhance granulating efficiency and adopting seperate addition of fuel and segreqation bedding arts, the pellet sintering was realized. As a result, the productivity of sinter maching greatly increased, fuel consumption decreased, the sinter quality improved. Using the pelletized sinter as BF charge,obvious effect in BF productivity increase and coke saving was sained.
